ET Wind
Atena
Description
ET Wind is an Italian company active in mini wind power and in technological development for the energy sector. It owns six wind turbines of 60 kW each that benefit from an incentive tariff paid by the GSE, the Italian energy services operator. Its engineers handle the revamping and management of small wind turbines and develop a new photovoltaic tracker, a solar tracking system that has been installed on plants built by the group or by third parties. The company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Time since 2022 and gives the group a second renewable source to manage besides solar. It operates in the Italian market, sells services to plant owners and sits in the group structure beside Atena and seven Agrisolar special purpose vehicles.

Latest Investments by Energy Time

Solgard
Description
Solgard is an Italian special purpose vehicle that holds authorisations for a 5 MW photovoltaic project in the RTB4 category, meaning a project at the ready-to-build stage. Energy Time holds 50% of its capital, and the group treats it as a strategic holding rather than a subsidiary. The company has no operating history of its own and exists to develop and hold the permits needed to build the plant, which Energy Time would then construct as contractor. It appears in the group structure of Energy Time with a 50% stake alongside seven Agrisolar vehicles that hold authorised land in Sicily, and the other half of its capital is held by a party the group does not name in its coverage report. The vehicle is not consolidated as a subsidiary.
