Mobility Care Group

Sensus International
Description
The Hain Celestial Group’s international business, which historically focused on healthy, "better-for-you" food and beverage products across the United Kingdom and Western Europe, is undergoing a major structural shift after the company entered into a definitive agreement in September 2026 to sell the division to global private equity firm AURELIUS for approximately $323 million in cash. Generating roughly $668 million in annual revenue primarily through market-leading brands like Ella's Kitchen, Linda McCartney Foods, Hartley's, and New Covent Garden Soup Co., the segment struggled recently due to European inflationary pressures and volume declines. This major divestiture allows Hain Celestial to sharply reduce its corporate debt pile and fully pivot its operational focus toward its core North American business.
Mobility Care Group supplies mobility aids, home adaptations and vehicle modifications for people with reduced mobility in the Netherlands. It works largely under multi-year tender contracts and leasing arrangements with municipalities and care institutions under the Dutch Social Support Act, and also sells to private customers. The group comprises Welzorg Nederland, Welzorg Auto op Maat, Welzorg Woning op Maat, RSR Revalidatieservice and Mango Mobility, and employs around 715 people. It is headquartered in Utrecht.
Cromwell is a supplier of maintenance, repair, and operations products including tools, fixings, PPE, and engineering consumables across Europe. The Leicester-headquartered company employs 2,150 staff, operating 54 UK branches, 12 international sites, and a global distribution center. Holding a Royal Warrant since 2012 as supplier to the British monarch, Cromwell serves manufacturing, construction, and automotive industries through online and physical channels in the UK, Germany, France, and beyond.
Sensus International supplies water and thermal energy metering and advanced metering infrastructure to utilities. It manufactures residential and bulk water meters, heat meters, communication networks and related data and software services, with millions of devices installed in more than 60 countries. Headquartered in Ludwigshafen, Germany, it runs manufacturing plants in Germany, Slovakia, Algeria, Chile, South Africa and China.
