Vitabank is a small Russian commercial bank headquartered in Podolsk, founded in 1990 and operating under a general banking license from the Central Bank of Russia. Sovcombank acquired a 31% stake in the bank in early 2022 to build payment services on its license via the Best2Pay platform, then exited within weeks after being placed on the US sanctions list that March. Sovcombank later regained control and completed the legal absorption of Vitabank in April 2026.

Interest income on those consumer balances provides the bulk of its revenue, with fees from insurance and payment services alongside. The bank distributes largely through retail partnerships and digital channels rather than a dense branch network.
Uralsib Strakhovanie is a Russian life and non-life insurer headquartered in Moscow, formerly the insurance arm of Uralsib banking group and later renamed AO PSK. The company underwrote personal and corporate insurance policies across Russia. In August 2023, Sovcombank Group completed its acquisition of 100% of AO PSK, spanning both its non-life and life insurance units, for RUB 6.8 billion; the business was subsequently rebranded Inlife Strakhovanie.
