Yong Jie New Material Co., Ltd. is a Chinese aluminium rolling company headquartered in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (603271) since March 2025. It makes high-precision aluminium alloy sheet, strip and foil in 1-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 8-series alloys, using both hot continuous rolling and casting-rolling production lines. Its products go mainly into lithium batteries, including battery structural parts and power-battery foil, as well as electronic appliances, vehicle lightweighting, thermal management, new building materials and metal packaging; its battery structural-part strip was named a national single-champion product in 2022. The company sells directly, mostly to domestic manufacturers and some traders, and prices its products as the aluminium ingot price plus a processing fee. In 2025 it reported revenue of RMB 9.64 billion, up 18.86%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 415 million; it has more than 2,600 staff and annual capacity of up to 1 million tonnes. It was founded in 2003 as Zhejiang Southeast Aluminium, set up Zhejiang Yongjie Aluminium in 2009 and became a joint-stock company in 2011. In 2026 it completed the acquisition of Arconic's aluminium rolling mills in Qinhuangdao and Kunshan.

Arconic Qinhuangdao is an aluminium flat-rolled products manufacturer in Qinhuangdao, Hebei province, China. The plant was originally one of Alcoa's core manufacturing bases in China, passed to Arconic when Alcoa separated in 2016, and has operated in China for more than 20 years. It produces aluminium can body stock, lithium-battery materials, automotive body sheet and other aluminium plate for commercial transport and industrial customers, with rolling capacity of about 200,000 tonnes a year. Revenue comes from sales of rolled aluminium products to packaging, battery, automotive and industrial manufacturers, and part of its output was tied to supply arrangements with Ford. Until 2026 it was held by Arconic (China) Investment, the Chinese holding company of the Apollo-controlled Arconic group. In June 2026 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Yong Jie New Material, the Shanghai-listed aluminium strip producer.
Arconic Kunshan is an aluminium rolling mill in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, China, that makes high-end thermal-management materials, chiefly aluminium brazing sheet, for automotive and diversified industrial end markets. The plant was built as part of Alcoa's manufacturing base in China, passed to Arconic when Alcoa separated in 2016, and has operated in China for more than 20 years. Its brazing materials are used by makers of heat-exchange and thermal-management components. The mill has about 50,000 tonnes a year of capacity. Revenue comes from product sales to automotive and industrial component manufacturers. Until 2026 it belonged to the Chinese holding company of the Apollo-controlled Arconic group, which employed about 860 people across its Kunshan and Qinhuangdao plants. In June 2026 Yong Jie New Material, the Shanghai-listed aluminium strip producer, completed the purchase of a 95% stake.
