After buying Randgold in 2019 and combining its Nevada mines in a joint venture with competitor Newmont later that year, it operates mines in the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Epiroc is a global manufacturer of niche equipment and services used by mining and infrastructure customers. Approximately 69% of group sales are from the aftermarket, which includes services and the sale of spare parts and consumables.
