Description
NWB Network Brasil is a Brazilian digital sports media group that produces and distributes audiovisual entertainment across online channels. Its portfolio has included Desimpedidos, Acelerados and other sports and creator brands, together with a network of affiliated channels. The business develops original programming, connects creators with audiences and sells advertising and branded content services to commercial partners. Its legal holding company at the time of Grupo SBF’s acquisition was Network Participações S.A., which controlled several audiovisual production subsidiaries. The combination gave the sports retail group a complementary content and audience engagement operation alongside its retail and distribution businesses. The group’s offering is digital media production and marketing, rather than the sale of sports footwear or operation of physical retail stores.
Fisia is the Brazilian sporting goods distribution and retail company formerly named NIKE do Brasil Comércio e Participações Ltda. The business distributes Nike footwear, apparel, accessories and equipment in Brazil and operates the brand’s Brazilian online retail channel. Following its acquisition by Grupo SBF, the company entered commercial arrangements with Nike governing distribution and retail activities in the country. The transaction preserved a separate business unit alongside Centauro within the acquiring group. Fisia serves wholesale customers and consumers through different sales channels, including branded stores and electronic commerce. Its operations combine merchandising, inventory management and distribution of sporting goods. The company is a Brazilian operating business and is distinct from Nike’s global parent and the Dutch holding companies that previously owned its equity.
