Latest Acquisitions by Lindbergh
| Description | Alpiclima is an Italian company based in Piedmont that installs and maintains heating, air conditioning and water treatment systems for civil and industrial customers. It was a family-run business operating as Alpiclima di Giuseppe Camaglio and C. Srl and owned its premises, which were included in the sale. Lindbergh agreed to acquire all of its share capital through its subsidiary SMIT in October 2025, at a total value of 4.59 million euros comprising 3.4 million euros of goodwill and 1.19 million euros for the property, with closing expected on 15 November 2025. The deal extended Lindbergh's HVAC roll-up from Lombardy and Lazio into Piedmont, and the property element of the price was to be financed by a mortgage loan while the goodwill was paid in cash. | ITR is an Italian company based in Ciampino, near Rome, that has repaired, maintained and serviced heating and air conditioning systems since 1999. It holds 45% of Eco Manutenzioni Impianti, also based in Ciampino, which has installed, maintained and repaired heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems since 2013. Together the two companies recorded turnover of 3.1 million euros and EBITDA of about 560,000 euros in 2023. Their current partner and manager was to stay at the head of both companies for at least two years after the sale, and the staff kept their contractual rights. Lindbergh acquired both through its subsidiary SMIT in 2024, its first acquisition in the Lazio region after Vergottini and EPS in Lombardy. |
