On June 15, 2021, Uberall closed a $115 million Series C growth investment led by Bregal Milestone, a European growth capital firm. The round included participation from existing investors United Internet and HPE Growth, as well as management. Additional investors included Level Equity, Frontier Venture Capital, and Kortschak Investments. This was Bregal Milestone's tenth investment and their first transaction in Germany. As part of its growth strategy, Uberall simultaneously announced a definitive agreement to acquire MomentFeed, the leading provider of Proximity Search Optimization in North America. The combined company would manage the online presence of 1.35 million business locations, more than any other competitor at the time. The capital was deployed to accelerate growth in the U.S. and Canada and fund product innovation, with a particular focus on consolidating leadership in Europe and expanding globally.
