Specific terms included ¥786 per share for shares, varying prices for different series of Stock Acquisition Rights (¥516 for Sixth and Seventh, ¥453 for Eighth, ¥312 for Ninth), and ¥16.2 million for convertible bonds. The ¥49.7 billion total represents the enterprise value or full acquisition valuation, as Bain secured control with over 97% acceptance, leading to delisting.
