Delek Automotive Systems is an Israeli vehicle importer and industrial holding company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: DLEA) and controlled and managed by Gil Agmon. Through its wholly controlled subsidiary Delek Motors, which began importing Mazda in 1991 and took the Ford franchise in 1999, it holds Israeli franchises for Mazda, Ford, BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad and, more recently, Chinese brands NIO, Dongfeng and Voyah, selling through 21 showrooms and 52 service centres with a logistics centre at Nir Tzvi. Delek Motors has sold more than 800,000 vehicles and employs over 350 people. The company earns most of its revenue from new vehicle sales, parts and servicing, and since 2018 it has also run a green energy division through Veridis Environment, which operates a seawater desalination plant, a power station and a solid-waste processing plant and later acquired paper and packaging maker Infinya (formerly Hadera Paper) from FIMI for NIS 2.35 billion. Formerly part of Yitzhak Tshuva's Delek Group, it became independent in December 2019 when Delek Group sold its remaining 15% stake, after Agmon had raised his holding to about 45%. In the second quarter of 2025 it sold 2,696 vehicles and reported revenue of NIS 1.3 billion as Chinese imports cut into Mazda deliveries. | $6 | -34% | $540M | $2.7B | 1.4x | 11.0x | |||
