About CVC
CVC is an ASX-listed Australian investment company, formally CVC Limited, based in Sydney, which says it has followed a patient, active investment approach since 1985. Today it is a property investment and development company with a portfolio of projects across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, including sites at Liverpool, Marsden Park, Donnybrook and Woolloongabba, alongside property-backed loans. In earlier years it also held listed and unlisted equity stakes, ran property and private equity funds, and held 50 percent of the manager of the CVC Emerging Companies Fund, a joint venture with Evans Dixon. It owned a majority of Eildon Funds Management and sold its Eildon Capital Group holding in April 2023. It funds itself partly through convertible notes and capital notes listed on the ASX, and its registered office is in Governor Phillip Tower in Sydney.
