ServiceNow agreed to acquire Pyramid Analytics, an Amsterdam-based business intelligence software company, on 12 February 2026, with the deal closing on 10 March 2026. ServiceNow has not disclosed the purchase price; some press reports estimated it in the hundreds of millions of dollars, while a ServiceNow spokesperson described the purchase as immaterial to its financial results.
