Lyntia Acquisition

Lyntia was acquired by Morrison & Co, AXA Alternative Investments and Swiss Life Asset Managers for an undisclosed price on 25 July 2022.

Morrison & Co announced the acquisition of a 33.3 per cent stake in Spanish wholesale fibre operator Lyntia Networks, joining AXA IM Alts and Swiss Life Asset Managers in a consortium buying the business from Antin Infrastructure Partners. Morrison & Co invested on behalf of The Morrison & Co Infrastructure Partnership, its open-ended global infrastructure fund, adding a Spanish asset to a digital portfolio that already included Fore Freedom in the Netherlands and Amplitel in Australia. The acquisition completed in January 2023, after which Francisco Roman was appointed president and Antin retained the separate Lyntia Access fibre-to-the-home business.
