The asset base is made up of crude oil and refined products assets dropped down from Marathon Petroleum, its sponsor, and natural gas and natural gas liquids gathering and processing assets that were purchased or built.

Oneok is a diversified midstream service provider specializing in natural gas gathering, processing, storage, and transportation, as well as natural gas liquids transportation and fractionation. It also operates in the refined product and crude oil segment, connecting producers, refiners, and consumers. Operations are in the midcontinent, Permian, and Rocky Mountain regions.

Cheniere Energy is a liquified natural gas, or LNG, producer with two facilities in Corpus Christi, Texas and Sabine Pass, Louisiana. Columbia Pipelines Holding Company is a Houston-based holding entity that oversees operations of Columbia Gas and Columbia Gulf Transmission. It coordinates natural gas transmission across 15,000 miles of pipelines spanning from the Gulf Coast to New York. The subsidiaries manage interstate pipelines, storage fields, and gathering systems serving the Marcellus, Utica, and Gulf production regions. Established in 2015 ahead of a corporate spin-off, the holding company supports daily transport volumes exceeding 10 billion cubic feet to utilities and power plants in 16 states.
