Nov 2025SecondaryPolus Capital Management-$22MMacquarie Asset Management agreed to sell the interests in UK broadcast infrastructure group Arqiva held by Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 2 and other Macquarie-managed vehicles, ending an investment that dated back to 2007. The 26.5 per cent holding was sold for about £16.5 million, implying an equity valuation of roughly £62 million for a heavily indebted business whose value had fallen sharply since Digital 9 Infrastructure paid a far higher price for the Canadian pension plan's 48 per cent stake in 2022. The buyer was credit manager Polus Capital Management, and the sale completed shortly afterwards.
