Description
The Clinic was a Colorado cannabis dispensary business founded in 2009. It began as a medical marijuana retailer and subsequently served the state’s adult-use market following legalisation of recreational sales. By the time its sale to PharmaCann was announced in September 2022, the business operated three stores in Denver and a fourth in Lakewood. Those locations were intended to join PharmaCann’s LivWell dispensary network following the required regulatory approvals. The acquisition concerned the established Colorado retail business rather than unrelated healthcare companies using the same name. Its product offering included cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles and other products sold through licensed dispensaries. The stores later became part of the expanded LivWell footprint in Colorado, and the former separate retail identity was discontinued as part of that integration.
LivWell Enlightened Health is a United States cannabis cultivation and retail business founded in 2009 and based in Denver, Colorado. Its operations developed around the production and sale of cannabis products in regulated state markets. Before its merger with PharmaCann, LivWell operated dispensaries in Colorado and Michigan together with cultivation and manufacturing activities. The business offered cannabis flower and processed products through a vertically integrated operating model. Its combination with PharmaCann, completed in February 2022, brought those operations into a larger group serving eight states. The combined business included approximately sixty dispensaries and eleven cultivation and production facilities at closing. LivWell continued to be associated with consumer retail operations, while the transaction expanded the geographic footprint and production capabilities available to the acquiring company.
