Lifenet runs hospitals and outpatient clinics in Lombardy, Piedmont, Lazio and Emilia-Romagna, including Piccole Figlie Hospital in Parma, Regina Apostolorum in Albano Laziale and the Lazzaro Spallanzani medical centre in Reggio Emilia. Bedin kept majority control and stayed on as chief executive while EXOR gained the right to nominate the chairman. The transaction closed in June 2022.
