Before the acquisition Fidelis Cybersecurity had raised $25M across 1 funding round.

Fidelis Cybersecurity, based in Bethesda, Maryland, is a leading provider of threat detection, hunting, and response solutions serving large corporations and government entities. The company operates in the managed detection and response (MDR) space, offering network traffic analysis, digital forensics, incident response, and a 24/7 MDR service that augments existing security operations and threat hunting capabilities. Fidelis had over 250 employees at the time of acquisition and operated across US Commercial, US Military Services, Federal Agencies, and Eastern Europe markets. Skyview Capital, a Los Angeles-based global private investment firm specializing in technology, telecommunications, business services, and manufacturing, acquired Fidelis from a consortium of investors in a stock transaction on January 15-16, 2020. Skyview stated its intention to pursue organic growth and strategic acquisitions to further boost the cybersecurity business.
