Kee Safety Acquisition

Kee Safety was acquired by Inflexion and 65 Equity Partners for an undisclosed price on 1 July 2025.

Inflexion and 65 Equity Partners acquired majority stakes in UK safety systems maker Kee Safety from ICG's European Corporate team, which had backed the management buyout in 2021 through its seventh European Corporate fund. ICG retained a minority shareholding and a lending position, and Kee Safety's management team also kept equity. Trade press reported the transaction valued the business at around GBP 1.3 billion.
